Saint Joseph Table - March 24, 2019

It has become a custom to commemorate the Feast of Saint Joseph, which always occurs in Lent, with a table of meatless foods, shared by family, friends and the poor. We will continue this custom at our Saint Joseph Table on Sunday, March 24th from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM in Heimsath Hall.

You are asked to share a little of your blessings by preparing a meatless food dish to bring to the Table. We would especially welcome a food dish which reflects a family tradition

One of the objectives of a Saint Joseph Table is to gain wide-spread participation from parishioners. Cooks, servers and food are needed for the Saint Joseph Table. Please attend the planning meetings at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 14 and Wednesday, March 20 in the Neckerman Room. Contact the Parish Office for Information.

Benefits go to the Saint Vincent DePaul Society and the Saint Pascal Food Pantry.

Please prepare your favorite meatless dish, or sweet table offering, in a disposal container. Half size aluminum trays (11-3/4 inches x 9-3/8 inches x 2-9/16 inches) are preferred.

There is no charge to come, but donations are requested, to help offset the cost of the Table and to provide a donation to the poor, through our Saint Vincent DePaul Society. This is a parish event to honor the saint who labored, prayed and rejoiced in the family given to his care. Our prayer is that Saint Joseph will care for our parish family through his intercessions and that we will honor him well on March 19th.

Come join us on Sunday, March 24 after the 10:30 AM Mass.
