Lectors volunteer their services to the ministry of the Word. After preparatory sessions involving not only the development of speaking skills, but also some reflection on the ministry of the Word, these members of the community proclaim the Word of God at the regular Eucharistic assemblies as well as at special services held throughout the year. Every attempt is made to schedule ministers at the Mass of their choice. Persons interested in training and become lectors should notify one of the pastoral staff.
